Through the early parts of Greg Taff’s career, he specialized in full-desk recruitment, which included everything from scouting, to relationships building, sales and everything in between. He’d serve companies of various industries, throughout the United States and international markets.
In 2005, Greg Taff would go on to start-up his very own recruitment firm, which focused on technical, administrative and biotech. Within 5 years, he was able to grow it to multiple branch locations, only to sell it. This began the next chapter of his life.
He would start consulting for a number of companies contracted through the Department of Defense. The better part of the decade was spent recruiting talent for the United States Army and Navy. Then, with the emergence of the Blockchain, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, he’d combine his skills and attributes to create a new company — Cyber Talent Solutions.
Cyber Talent Solutions was organized to redefine the future of cybersecurity by connecting visionary organizations with the brightest and most diverse talent available.
